How Custom Orders Work

1. Submit Your Design

Provide the text, logo, image, artwork or other customization information required for your order.

Please check spelling, numbers, colors and other details carefully before submitting them.

2. Design Review

We may review the submitted customization before production.

If information is incomplete, unclear or unsuitable for production, we may contact you for clarification or request an alternative file or design.

3. Confirmation

For some custom orders, we may provide a digital mock-up, written specification or other confirmation before production.

Where approval is requested, please review all details carefully before confirming.

4. Production

Once the required customization details, payment and approval have been received, the order may enter production.

Changes or cancellation may become restricted after production begins.

Fit & Sizing

Please review the available size options and our Size Guide before ordering.

Because customized products are produced according to your selected size and submitted specifications, choosing the correct size is especially important.

If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider the relaxed silhouette and compare your measurements with the size information provided.

Small measurement differences may occur due to normal garment production and manual measuring methods.

Design & Color Notice

Colors displayed on a monitor, mobile phone or tablet may differ slightly from the final physical product because of:

• Screen settings
• Lighting conditions
• Fabric characteristics
• Printing or embroidery processes
• Production batch differences

Small differences in design placement, color or scale that fall within reasonable production tolerances are not necessarily considered defects.

Artwork & Logo Requirements

If you upload a logo, photograph, illustration, trademark or other artwork, you should have the legal right or permission to use that material.

Qinglan Trading may decline customization requests involving content that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

For best production results, clear and high-quality artwork is recommended whenever available.

Care Instructions

Always follow the care label attached to the garment.

For customized garments, gentle care can also help preserve the appearance of printed, embroidered or otherwise applied designs.

General recommendations include:

• Wash with similar colors
• Avoid unnecessary high heat
• Do not use harsh bleach unless permitted by the garment label
• Turn printed garments inside out before washing where appropriate
• Avoid ironing directly over printed or decorated areas unless specifically permitted

Product-specific care instructions on the garment label take priority over general guidance.

Returns for Customized Products

Customized or personalized items are made specifically according to customer-selected information and therefore differ from standard in-stock clothing.

Once production has begun, custom items are generally not eligible for preference-based returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Customer-selected incorrect size
• Customer-approved spelling or artwork error
• Preference regarding an approved design
• Minor differences within reasonable production tolerances

However, if your custom T-shirt arrives damaged, has an eligible manufacturing defect, was produced incorrectly by us, or materially differs from the confirmed customization specification, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Customization Policy and applicable consumer rights.
