We are an online clothing store focused on contemporary apparel for women and men, including categories such as tops, T-shirts, shirts, knitwear, dresses, pants, jeans, skirts, jackets, coats and seasonal clothing. Availability changes as collections are updated.

Check the size information on the product page first. Our general Size Guide explains how to measure bust/chest, waist, hips and inseam. Product-specific measurements take priority because different styles and fabrics can fit differently.

Choose an item, select the available size, color or other option, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter accurate billing and shipping details, then use one of the payment methods displayed at checkout.

The payment methods currently available to your order are displayed during checkout. Depending on the checkout configuration, this may include PayPal or other supported payment methods.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, verification needs or inventory issues can add time.

Delivery estimates vary by destination. As a general guide, the United States is approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch, Canada/Europe/Australia/New Zealand approximately 7–15 business days, and other supported destinations commonly 10–20 business days.

When tracking is available, shipment details are normally provided after dispatch. Carrier systems can take 1–3 business days to show the first tracking update.

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address. After dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

Contact us promptly. Cancellation may be possible before packing or shipment has advanced. Once an order has been prepared or handed to the carrier, cancellation may not be available.

Eligible standard clothing may be returned when requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, provided it meets the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Authorization is required before sending an item back.

Contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we generally submit the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it.

We may ship to selected international destinations. Availability, shipping method and cost are shown during checkout based on the delivery address and order contents.
